DOMESTIC orders
We offer a Flat Rate $10 shipping charge for all orders under $60 and FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $60 within Australia.
How long will it take?
We aim to have your order shipped within 24hrs of it being placed, within Sale Events 3-4 business day. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for the shipping provider do their thang!
Can I Collect my order in person?
You certainly can! Simply choose Local Pick Up in checkout and we'll have your order ready for you ASAP. Pick Up is available by appointment from our home in Gymea Bay. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for pick up as our stock is kept in a warehouse and we’ll need to pick and pack your order prior to bringing it back to our home for collection.
Authority to Leave - Most parcels are automatically given Authority to Leave due to being under 500g. If you require a signature on delivery then please choose this option in checkout otherwise your parcel will be sent with Authority to Leave. We are not responsible for missing parcels.
P.O.Boxes - Yes we delivery to P.O.Boxes. Your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post not via courier.
Express Shipping - Absolutely! This option is available in checkout.
RETURNS
Please notify us via email info@billiethekid.com.au within 7 days that would you like to return your order and we'll send you the return shipping details. Once the items have been received from our end you will receive a credit note, we do not exchange or offer refunds unless the goods are deemed faulty. No returns on sale items, these sales are final.
