Shipping and Returns


We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $99 within Australia or a flat rate of $8.50 if under $99.

How long will it take?

We ship Monday to Friday from Cronulla, NSW, we aim to have your order shipped within 24hrs of it being placed, within Sale Events 3-4 business day. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for the shipping provider do their thang! 

Can I Collect my order from your shop?

You certainly can! Simply choose Local Pick Up in checkout and we'll have your order ready for you the next business day. Need it sooner? Not a problem! Please give us a call on 0412 444 718 and we'll fast track it for you!

Authority to Leave - Most parcels are automatically given Authority to Leave due to being under 500g. If you require a signature on delivery then please choose this option in checkout otherwise your parcel will be sent with Authority to Leave. We are not responsible for missing parcels. 

P.O.Boxes - Yes we delivery to P.O.Boxes. Your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post not via courier.

Express Shipping  - Absolutely! This option is available in checkout.


We aren't currently shipping internationally due to lengthy shipping delays with Covid-19 but we'll be back up and running on this front as soon as we can. Please email us if you'd like an item shipped internationally and we'll do our best to accomodate.


Please choose carefully. We accept change of mind returns for non sale items within 7 days of the the item being received. Please notify us via email within 7 days that would you like to return your order and we'll send you the return shipping details. Once the items have been received from our end you will receive a credit note, we do not exchange or offer refunds unless the goods are deemed faulty.  No returns on sale items, these sales are final. You are welcome to return your items in person to our Cronulla store, please bring your online order details so that we can process this for you.
